Carpet Cleaning Programs
  • Bonnet Cleaning: An interim carpet cleaning procedure that utilizes
special detergents and cleaning chemicals to emulsify and clean the
surface soiling of the carpet. * Dries within a couple of hours. CFS
recommends that this procedure be done on a monthly to quarterly
    basis.
  • Hot Water Extraction: A restorative procedure that is the most
thorough form of carpet cleaning. Hot water is injected by
pressure into the carpet to loosen dirt, oil, and debris "With use
of a portable carpet cleaning machine called "COBRA" by US
PRODUCT". Dirt is then extracted away from the carpet fibers
leaving the carpet clean, and detergent free. CFS recommends
that this procedure be done before carpet lanes become visible.
Many carpet mills will void your carpet warranty if you do not
have a cleaning program that includes hot water extraction on a
    yearly basis.

*Requires 4 - 8 hours of drying time.
*Factors effecting drying times are temperature, humidity, and airflow.
